International Shipping
For international orders, please note that customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and fees. These charges vary by country and will be assessed by local customs authorities upon delivery.
Returns
Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you adore your pieces. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below:
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, socks and tights are non-returnable once removed from their packaging.
Build your own charm necklaces are final sale.
Return Window: We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items outside of this timeframe.
Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

If a return is approved, the customer will be charged a $10 flat fee. You will be provided a shipping label and this will be deducted from your return.

Holiday Return Policy for Gift Purchases
To make holiday shopping easier, we’re offering an extended return window for gift purchases made from November 19thonward. Gifts can be returned through January 6th, as long as the item is:
• Unworn
• In its original packaging
Please ensure that the item is returned in new and unused condition. We recommend keeping the gift receipt or order confirmation to help facilitate the return process.
Items that do not meet these criteria or are returned after January 6th may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Charm Necklaces
Due to the hand assembled nature of each piece, charm placement and scale may vary slightly. Since this item is custom please allow up to an additional 10 business days for processing time.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection. If the item meets our refund criteria, we’ll send you a confirmation email and process the refund to the original payment method.
Please note, if the item does not meet our return standards, we’ll notify you via email with an explanation and won’t be able to issue a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t seen your refund appear yet, please allow a bit of time for it to reflect on your bank statement. We recommend the following steps:

3. Lastly, reach out to your bank to confirm their processing times, which are typically between 3-10 business days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Thank you for your understanding.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please email us at support@petitmoments.com.
Processing Time: Please note that shipping times for exchanges may vary based on your location.
Shipping Recommendations: For returns valued over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Pre-orders
If your order includes a preordered item, the entire order will be shipped once that item has arrived at our warehouse.
