We hope you love your Petit Moments pieces as much as we loved creating them. If something isn't quite right, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with all tags and original packaging included.

We'll provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. A $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that custom charm necklaces, nameplate necklaces, sample sale items, and all final sale merchandise are not eligible for return. Socks and tights are eligible for return only if they remain unopened in their original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Returns are typically processed within 3 business days of being received.
