A prepaid return label will be provided, and a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Custom charm necklaces, nameplate necklaces, sample sale items, and final sale merchandise are not eligible for return. Socks and tights must remain unopened in their original packaging. Returns are typically processed within 3 business days of receipt and refunded to the original payment method.
